What Information Do I Need for a Personal Insurance Quote?

Below are some guidelines for what we need to provide you with a personal insurance quote.

If you don’t have all the information listed - that’s ok.  We can still give you a quote.

Just know the more information we have, the more accurate your quote will be.

If you are looking for insurance that is not listed here, it doesn’t mean we can't get coverage.

Please contact us for more information.

Personal Auto

If you have coverage now or it's just expired, a copy of your insurance declaration page will provide most of the information that we need.

If you currently have no coverage, the following is what we will need:

  • Name, date of birth and drivers license number for all drivers
  • Year, make, model and Vehicle Idenification Number (VIN) for all autos
  • The usage of your autos (work, pleasure, business)
  • The miles to work/school and the approximate annual miles

Home Owners

If you currently have Home insurance, a copy of your current Homeowners policy will provide most of the information that we need.

If you don’t have coverage currently or are a first time home buyer, the following is what we will need:

  • Full name
  • Home’s address
  • Year of construction
  • Year of updates
  • Size of the home
  • Previous Losses to Home
  • Any pets you have
  • If you have a fireplace
  • If you have a wood burner
  • If you have a trampoline or swimming pool
  • Any scheduled items

Renters Insurance

If you currently have Renters Insurance, a copy of your current coverage will provide most of the information that we need.

If you don’t have coverage, the following is what we will need.

  • Full name
  • Address
  • Any scheduled items

The biggest question is how much contents coverage you need. Only you know what you own, so try to add up the replacement cost of all your items and chose a limit based on that number. The coverage for this insurance is sold in $1,000 increments, with the minimum starting at $20,000.
